It's Tuesday, also known as Taco Tuesday! While not always, I do try to stick with tacos or some type of taco-like food on Tuesday nights. Are there any food "rituals" that you abide by? Maybe a meatless Monday? Or pizza Friday?

Long ago, when I was a child, all the Italian moms in New York City where I grew up made Spaghetti on Wednesdays. I was from an Irish family, but demanded that we do the same so that I would not miss out since all of my friend's families were doing this.
