Dakota is so reactive! Drives me nuts. My friend Laura told me about this dog trainer here that will come to your house and spend 4 hours with you, 'training' the dog. He uses choke collars and leather leashes and you're supposed to keep both on the dog 24/7. What do you think of this? I've always thought choke chains were cruel.
