Do you ever feel like the shortest weeks at work end up feeling the longest? Speaking of the long and short of things, today is the shortest day of the year, the Winter Solstice. While I don't particularly enjoy this day, I take it a a sign that the tides are turning and the days begin their journey into longer sessions of light - if only by a minute each day. I count down the days until Spring and Summer each year and watch the sunset times adjust to a later time each day - its' just what I do. So, in case you were wondering, CHEERS to Spring being just 87 days away!
