Ok, so question for you. Are you one of those people who dread and hate Mondays and just can't wait to make it through the day? Or, do you look at Mondays as a fresh start and a new beginning? Me personally, I think I'm somewhere in between. I try to "Never Miss a Monday" when it comes to working out, and think of it in general as a fresh start to a fresh week. Of course, I miss the weekend of "freedom" and not having to meet deadlines and such, but I definitely don't hate Mondays.
