I once read that "Native American" legend said that a dog with bi-colored eyes can see into the heavens as well as on Earth and that they were called Spirit Dogs. Of course, now I can't find any article or information to substantiate that claim, but who cares? This dog (pictured below) is pretty awesome, and I enjoy the mysticism - real or imagined. If only all pet owners would cherish their animals in such a regard as the original Natives. *sigh*
